They provided a very detailed outline of my sleeping goals as well as sleep training tactics, which ranged in level of intensity to fit my comfort level. They checked in with us throughout the week and then made tweaks to our sleep plan as we updated them on our son’s progress. Baby Snooze Coach helped me get my son on a consistent bedtime schedule which prevented him from being overtired at bedtime.
